Shepherds bush is now home to Westfields shopping centre.
I have taken most of the photos at night to illustrate Shepherds Bush vivid nightlife.
There are nice features on the site, such as the subtle drainage, they have completely avoided man-holes and gone with the sleek new look most London site have acquired. There is strong lighting across the site which keeps it illuminated, throughout the night, most probably for safety. There is contemporary seating which is hardly used, some are integrated with electricity supplies, which is a nice idea but not necessarily the safest. The are cycle mounts which are heavily used all throughout night and day. Trees are continuous across the site and look well maintained and grown. The site is well equipped for the uses and is very busy. www.visitshepherdsbush.co.uk
