Jubilee Park
Jubilee park is on top of an underground railway staion, so is practically a roof garden. The site is located in Canary Wharf, which seems to be a city within itself. The populants? Suited and booted only. A walk in Jubille park reflects the areas surrounding the site. Tall office buildings. On my trip the park was in heavy use. All aspects of the site were used including the raised serpentine water chanel the raised beds, with the rough stone walls, and even the recreational turf. This is surprising as the surrounding is so formal however the park makes the users informal.
Cycle parking. Few bikes parked in area. The area has been replaced by an informal smking area.
